After covid-19, we thought the world economic will be raised up with more business for the carton machine manufactures. But after two years later, we see a worse economic than the period during covid-19. what happened, and what should we do to be a carton machine manufacture.
From last years, much fewer orders of corrugated cardboard production line than before, we sales more than 60 full sets of corrugated paperboard production line each year, since last year, the orders is much fewer, by now, we only sold less than 20 sets of corrugated paperboard production line in this year.
Our develop direction is high technology of corrugated paperboard production line
We can produce the corrugated paperboard production line in width 330m/minute, speed 350m/minute, this is the highest level in the world, and we are trying to research and develop higher technology of the corrugated paperboard production line. This is always our company develop direction, to be the leader of carton machine industry. We try to achieve this aim and we obtained global customers’ recognition by our effort.
New problems we are suffering in the worse economic environment.
But now, a new problem is placed in front of us, the worse economic condition in world, and wars between countries. There are few boss of carton making company to make new investment on the machines. They do not like new technology, they do not consider higher capacity, they do not calculation the labor cost and material cost for producing cartons. So this is a big challenge for us.
Our company can produce the corrugated paperboard production line cheapest model is 120m/minute, we almost plan to eliminate this model, because it is too old model for our company though other company still produce lower speed production line.
We do not think this is a our company develop direction, we want to research new technology, so we have to eliminate old corrugator line technology.
Do we have to change to produce low technology corrugated paperboard production line?
CWith the fewer orders coming from last year, in my company some difference invoice generated. Some people think we have to consider lower speed production line to suit to the new environment of carton machine investment. Low price can gain more customers now.
Is that true? The answer is NO. The lower speed production line face to the customers in small scale, and high speed production line face to the big scale carton making companies, they are difference customer range classify. In the worse economic condition, not only big scale carton making companies do not make new investment, the small scale carton factories also do not make new investment too. Though we adapt our high level production line direction, the low speed production line can not obtain new orders too.

After discussion, we will insist or develop direction, high technology of corrugated paperboard production line is a correct choose for our company. and we will build new workshops, new office building in this period, we will be more strong and ready for facing new challenge and new chance in future.
