Structure feature
The part of the flyover is to lift the single face corrugated paper produced by the single facer, lift it and transport it to the gluing machine, apply the glue to the double facer, slowly convey it, and have sufficient paper storage capacity, which is convenient for changing paper and order without stopping.
This part is made by connecting the main beam with national standard 360 channel steel, 200H steel, 100H steel, etc., and the structure is reasonable. No jitter at high speed. The conveying and storage areas are covered with galvanized steel, with low friction, 3 sets of climbing ladders, and 1.2-inch safety guardrails on both sides. The mesh pedal design ensures the safety of personnel and easy operation.
