Purpose and characteristics
The slitter scorer is the core carton machine of the multi corrugator line. One or two sets are configured in the corrugated cardboard production line as per the speed. For 100-120m/minute speed production line, electric slitter scorer is enough, and when the corrugator line speed is higher than 150m/minute, we suggest NC slitter scorer, if the corrugaor line speed is higher than 200m/minute, we suggest 2 sets of NC slitter scorer in the production line.
Main structure
The Slitter scorer has thin blade for slitting corrugated cardboard, scorer wheel for scorerring line on the cardboard, and grinding wheel for sharping the thin blade. Normally, it can classified in 4 slitter 6 scorer, 5 slitter 8 scorer, 6 slitter 10 scorer, 7 slitter 12 scorer and 8 slitter 14 scorer, it should be according to the working width of the corrugated paperboard production line, bigger width with more slitter blade.
