Purpose and characteristics

Carton Stacker machine is one of the main components of carton machine for corrugated cardboard production line. Carton Stacker Machine is a kind of equipment used for stacking corrugated cardboard. It is configured at the end of the corrugated cardboard production line for collecting corrugated cardboard. It is the last process of the corrugated cardboard production line. Machine operation

Turn on the power.
Clean the machine.
Fill lubricating oil at all lubricating points.
Turn on the computer and enter the order.
Start the main motor and make preparations.

Maintenance and service

Machine cleaning: please use compressed air to clean the machine before starting or closing each shift.
Pay attention to lubrication, and regularly add an appropriate amount of lubricating oil or grease.
The machine is overhauled every three years.
If the machine is not used for a long time, please wipe it clean, apply antirust oil, and cover it with waterproof cloth.
