Auto Splicer
Auto splicer is a carton machine for corrugator line in the production process,make roll combination (bonding) in order to achieve non-stop production line of continuous production; and to achieve automatic control of the output paper tension and improve the quality of the finished corrugated paperboard.

Safety operating
- The operator of the machine should be subject to operational training or already have training or already have a working knowledge of the equipment, master the operation of the device, the more knowledge means less risk of accidents.
- If the machine is running, do not stay in the running or moving parts of the path, especially dancer position.
- Before starting the cleaning or maintenance work, turn off the power and air supply.

- No person nationally recognized maintenance of eligibility shall not be wired to a device, the device may not carry out maintenance work, otherwise, it will cause damage to equipment or risk of personal injury or death.
- maintenance personnel during maintenance operations should be avoided whenever possible live action. As to be live action, be sure to wear protective equipment, the following intermediate maintenance personnel must be someone at the side of supervision, otherwise there is a risk of causing personal injury or death.
- Turn the power switch on the equipment, electrical box, electrical box interior is still part of the device charged. Such as: power supply terminals, the upper end of the power switch and the like. The most reliable method is to cut off access to the machine's power.
- Please have sufficient knowledge and experience of people use the boot device: a sudden power on or off will cause the actuator to start operation, compressed air if handled incorrectly, and that is dangerous.
