Purpose and characteristics

The cut-off machine is one of the main carton machine of components of the corrugated board production line manufactured by our company. The cut-off machine is a kind of equipment for cross cutting corrugated cardboard. It is configured in the corrugated cardboard production line and controlled by computer. It can store up to 200 groups of menus to realize automatic specification change and automatic cross cutting.

Main structure

Reduce the cutting radius of the cutter roller, so as to reduce the rotary inertia of the cutter roller and the power of the main motor.
Adopt novel sawtooth blade to grind the knife on the machine and shorten the time of sharpening.
Both ends of the cutter roller eliminate the backlash and set the cutter, which is easy to adjust.
The cutter roller and gear are connected by expansion sleeve, which has high connection accuracy and convenient assembly and adjustment.
Adopt compound wallboard.
The computer automatically tracks the running speed of the paperboard to maintain synchronization. The computer can store up to 200 orders and automatically change specifications. Nixie tube displays various production information. Screen display is optional.
