Purpose and characteristics

This gluing machine is an essential and important carton machine in the corrugated carton production line. Its function is a special equipment for the final sizing of the pit surface paper before entering the double-sided machine. Its performance will directly affect the quality of the finished corrugated board.

This machine is mainly composed of upper sizing mechanism, lower sizing mechanism, tissue preheating mechanism, protective cabinet on the operation side, protective cabinet on the power side, power and transmission system, electric control system, pneumatic system, etc.

The sizing mechanism is mainly composed of a heating cylinder, a sizing volume control mechanism, and a sizing touch pressure mechanism.

Operation

The slurry thickness control of this machine adopts advanced electric adjustment, touch screen numerical display, and is equipped with manual and automatic slurry thickness control modes. In the automatic mode, the sizing thickness will be automatically adjusted by microcomputer according to the linear speed when the sizing roller is working, so as to ensure the sizing thickness at different speeds.
This machine adopts variable-frequency motor as power to realize reliable synchronous linkage with double-sided machine. The machine adopts full synchronous belt transmission to ensure the absolute synchronization of the upper and lower layers.
Stainless steel tilting pulp tray is corrosion-resistant and easy to clean.
The sizing and pressing mechanism can be equipped with pressure distribution roller or wear-resistant contact plate (sprayed with tungsten carbide wear-resistant layer). It is equipped with the function of slow rotation of the sizing roll to prevent the paste on the roll surface from drying.
The surface of the sizing roller, sizing roller, heating cylinder, and other paper guide rollers of this machine are all plated with hard chromium, and after grinding and polishing, they are more wear-resistant, beautiful, and easy to clean and maintain.
