This machine is only for slitting the big size corrugated paperboard to pieces in small size. Because all corrugated cardboard for making partiton, they are all small size
Our machine is auto feeder and with collection machine. Workers put big size corrugated cardboard on the feeder, then it will feeding one by one automatically, after slitting in the size we need, it will pile and collected by the collection machine.
Also this machine have a suction function, when the corrugated cardboard is not plain, we turn on this function, it can suck the paperboard and make it plain.
Corrugated cardboard partiton slotter
After slitting in our request size, we need slot on the cardboard lock. The partitions are made by the corrugated cardboard lock with slot on them. We can insert and assemble the partition by the slot on the corrugated cardboard lock.
This machine is special for slotting on the corrugated cardboard lock. It has many models for difference size. Each model can work on a difference maximum and minimum corrugated cardboard, so if you need to produce difference corrugated cardboard lock, then maybe you need buy more machines.
This machine is also with a collection unit, sure it is option, just with the collection unit, it will save labor cost.
Corrugated cardboard partition assembler
This is a full automatic machine, it is with 3 feeding department. Two feeding depart is on the both side of the machine, we put corrugated cardboard lock in the channels of feeding department, it will feeding the corrugated cardboard lock one by one. There is another feeder at the behind of the machine, it has a cross feeding direction to the other feeding unit. The corrugated cardboard lock will be finish inserting here, and then go to the end of the machine. Sure, there is also a collection machine for customers option.
