Auto feeder
As same as other machines, the auto feeder can feed cartons automatically, we only need to put dozens of corrugated cardboard on the auto feeder, then it can feeding the cardboard one by one, no need workers to make other operation
Auto folder gluer
This part is the main part of the auto folder gluer. Its function is folding cardboard and gluing on t he edge of the carton for sticking. When the cardboard is feed in the machine, it will delivery to the folding and gluing part, then on the process of delivery, the corrugated cardboard will be folded more and more, while the glue will be rolling on the edge of the carton, until the corrugated was folded to suitable degree, the edge is stick, then the corrugated cardboard to be fold and glued to be cartons one by one while they are delivery from auto feeder to stacker.
Counter and stacker
Finally the folded cartons will come to the counter and stacker. The cartons will be counted automatically here, then it will stacked as per our preset data, after stacking, will be beat smart, all edge will be beat neatly. Then a pile of cartons are ready to output. Most customer equip an auto strapper after the stacker, when the pipe of carton out put, it will delivery to the strapper by the delivery machine, the auto strapper will press the pile of carton and binding cartons. Then worker take the cartons out is ok, no need more workers, one for feeding cardboard, one for collect cartons is enough.
