Corrugated Cardboard Packing Line Box Plant Running Steady

We do not only offer clients machines, we also make design and offer solution for customers’ detailed request. If customer want us offer design plan and solution, I need to get informations as below:

1. What is the material and what is your finished product. Some customers want to produce corrugated cardboard from paper roll, some customers want to produce carton box from corrugated cardboard, and some customers want to produce carton box from paper roll. I have to get these information, then I can make advise for you, I can know what machines I will suggest to you.
2. What is the capacity you expected in future. As per your request of the capacity, I can know what speed of the machine do you need. Because all of the machines has difference design speed to meet difference customers, and the price is big difference, just for the aim of offering customer economic but can ensure to meet the capacity request, we have to make suggestion based on this.
3. We have to know the workshop size, including the length, width and height. Firstly we have to ensure our corrugated line can put in it. And then according to the workshop size, we can design each machine position, where is for the paper roll putting area, where is for the semi finished product putting area, where is for finished cartons. Also we will find a suitable place for putting the glue making system and boiler. Reasonable design of plant will save cost in daily working.
   
4. The corrugated paperboard production line is heating by steam, and the steam is from boiler, what is fuel for boiler is also what we need to know. The fuel normally is coal, gas, diesel oil and electric. And in difference country, the price of difference fuel is difference. Some countries, diesel oil is cheaper, some countries prefer gas, and some counties control pollution, then the electric is cheaper. So we can consider the right fuel when we make the design.
5. The voltage of your place. Difference counties have difference voltage. If the carton production line can not match to clients’ place voltage, it will damage the electric parts of the corrugated line. This is very important information for making the machines.
6. Language on the operation interface of the corrugated paperboard production line. Normally in our production line software, there are two language, Chinese and English, for simple operation, lots button we show it by drawing or picture, it is easy for understand. For example, increase speed, we show it as a rabbit, reduce speed, we show it as a turtle. Also we also can input the language which the customer’s request.
7. Normally our electric parts adopts famous brand in world, like SIEMENS, OMRON, DELTA, etc. Most of countries can buy the electric parts easily, but some countries is a little difficult to buy it, then we will suggest more spare parts, maybe for 2 years or 3 years. Enough spare parts will sure the factory running well without stop.
8. We also have to consider the installation in customers’ site. When install the machine, we have to buy some tools, pipes and other parts. If the customer’s country does not have a big market for tools and parts, then we should shipping the tools and parts with machines.
