In some factories, we can see the stacker is two layers, they have difference combination, some time, the 2 layer stacker are same model. And some time, the two layer stacker are difference stacker. Why they equip 2 layer of stacker? We can see before the stacker, there are 1 set of 2 layer of cut off machine or 2 sets of cut off machine. If it is two sets of cut off machine, they have difference cardboard output height. Difference layer cut off machine connect to the difference layer of stacker. Before the cut off machine, we can see a equipment for separate the corrugated cardboard to cut off machine.

Its flow should be that, we input 2 orders in the system of corrugated cardboard production line, the corrugated cardboard output of the NC slitter scorer, it will go to the paper separator, then the separator will take paper to difference layers of cut off machine, difference layer can cut difference length of the corrugated cardboard. After cutting off machine, the difference length corrugated cardboard will go to the difference layer of stacker to stacking. Finally, we can get difference order from difference layer of satcker.
Now more and more carton factories prefer 2 layer cut off machine with 2 layer stacker, because there are difference size request in one contract, after adopt this system, it can complete the contract at one time. It is much better for complete the contract on time. Also can save cost.
