GM20 Gluing machine is economic model in our company
GM20 gluing machine design speed is 200m/minute, and its real working speed is also 200m/minute. So in theory the GM20 gluing machine should be work for the corrugated cardboard production line in speed 200m/minute, but In my company, the lowest speed production line is in working speed 120m/minute, this also adopt GM20 gluing machine. Because for gluing machine in my company, the lowest speed for gluing machine is 200m/minute.
If in other companies, 200m/minute speed maybe in high level for their productions, but in my company, 200m/minute speed production line, is only middle level in our productions. Compare to other carton machine factories, we have more advanced technology.
GM20 gluing machine have difference design for difference layer of corrugated paperboard production line
We can produce 3 layer, 5 layer and 7 layer corrugated paperboard production line in and slower than speed 200m/minute. So the GM20 gluing machine also have difference design for difference layer corrugated cardboard production line. Single layer GM20 is for 3 layer production line, 2 layer GM20 is for 5 layer corrugator line, and 3 layer GM20 is for 7 layer corrugated paperboard production line.
Structure of GM20 gluing machine
There is a preh eater on the GM20 gluing machine, the paper will pass the pre heater firstly to be a suitable temperature for applying glue, because higher temperature of papers is more good for applying glue. Also there is a circle system for glue on the GM20 gluing machine, the glue can be circled between the making glue system and GM20 gluing machine. The glue applying roller surface is with anilox, equipped with corn scrap glue plate to make sure the glue applying evenly and we can reduce gluing waste. PLC and HIM control and operate the GM20 gluing machine, it can adjust the quantity of the glue according to the paper quality and production line running speed, also it can adjust the gap of pressure rollers according to difference flute type, then it can avoid the tolerance which is generated by difference flute types.
