High speed running of corrugated carton line need all machines coordinate well.
Because the corrugated cardboard production line is composed by lots of single machines, then when keep the whole line running in high speed, if any single machine is stopped by any reasons, it will influence the whole line running speed.
By now, Each single machine design speed is higher, but it is not mean the whole line running speed can be higher as same as the single machines. How to make the whole line running speed high too? How to achieve non stop running of corrugator line?
Which part has to stop frequently? Paper roll feeding part and cutting size part. When the paper roll on the production line is finished feeding, then have to change a new paper roll to feeding, and as we know, it is solved by auto splicer to achieve no stop machines to feed. And the other part, for cutting size, when we change a order or a new size of corrugated cardboard, we have to stop the cutting machine to input new size. Then it will reduce the whole production line speed.
NC slitter scorer is a main machine for cutting the corrugated cardboard size. And normally its design speed is higher than 180m/minute. It owns so high speed, but if have to stop often, it will lose its value as a high speed single machine.
So we equip 2 sets of NC slitter scorer in one corrugated cardboard production line can solve the problem easily. When change size or order, just change a NC slitter scorer is OK and no need stop the machine, then make sure the whole production line keep in high speed.
