Introduction of single layer preheater
The single layer preheater is used for pre heating the 2 layer corrugated cardboard and the surface paper to increase their temperature, then it can control the moisture of papers and glue to make sure good quality of corrugated cardboard.
Each roller of the pre heater we had treatment in high precision grinding, the surface of rollers are chrome plating, then it has little friction, and good performance on durable.
Pre heating area is important when the pre heater working, our pre heater can be adjusted in rotation. Its adjusting range is from 0°to 270° and it is adjusted by electric.
The preheating cylinder is in flat head design as per the standard of class 1 pressure vessels. Sure all preheating cylinders we offered are with pressure vessel certificate.
