Single facer SF405E

It design speed is 250m/minute, we can produce in width 1800-2500mm, this single facer belongs to high speed machine, and its price is high than other economic model of single facer.

Its flute roller diameter is 405mm, so its model name is SF405E. sure, for its high speed running, it also has bigger size pressure roller and pre heating roller. The flute roller is only 50CRMO alloy steel with carbide tungsten, no alloy steel flute roller for option, because its high speed, alloy steel flute roller can not suit to it works.

Negative pressure type

This single facer is in negative pressure design, under this condition, the paper is suction on the flute roller, when the flute roller running, the paper will leave the flute roller, then we need corn blade to peal it from the flute roller, when the corn blade insert in, it will be some stripe, and it will affect the strength of the paper, so when we adopt the negative pressure design of single facer, the corn blade has to match to the suction strength, it is important.

By now, there is a new design of inner suction flute roller, it will be vacuum inside of the flute roller, then it can suction the paper on the flute roller by the channels which is on the surface of the flute roller, the suction is closed inside of the inner chamber of the flute roller, so its suction strength is simple to control.

It even no need the corn blade to peal the paper out, because its suction strength is not strong, so the inner suction strength is 5% higher than outer suction type. There is a special type of inner suction, it is slope channel suction, it has the minimum affect on the paper, because its suction strength is interlock, it is more form, and no need corn blade, then no stripe creasing.

Compare between the negative suction and positive suction single facer

• The force area of flute roller
  Positive suction type, its force area is whole surface, so the edge force is 5% higher, it is as same as the negative suction type.
• The corn blade and suction strength adjustment is an important factor to affect the corrugated paper strength.
• The slope suction channel is much better for the corrugated paper flatness and edge force.
• The positive can no break the surface paper when stop the single facer, because it is blow strength, no need to break the paper, the flute roller can running too. But if negative suction, the paper is suction on the flute roller, then we have to break the paper when we stop the machine. So it has a little more consumption.
