The single facer SF45 running steady in high speed.
We had produced 2 full sets of corrugated cardboard production line with single facer SF45, they are the highest speed production line in market. By now, the both production line is running steady, no problem.
They are both 5 layer corrugated cardboard production line, so each production line with 2 sets of SF45 single facer. Their perfect performance help my company to gain a good reputation.

Producing 4 layer corrugated cardboard is a difficult process for production line
Most of us know the most popular corrugated paperboard line are 3 layer corrugated cardboard production line and 5 layer corrugated cardboard production line. they can produce 3 layer corrugated cardboard and 5 layer corrugated cardboard. But in fact, the 5 layer corrugated cardboard production line is also used to produce 4 layer corrugated cardboard. And the 4 layer corrugated cardboard producing is the most difficult, it can test how about the quality of the corrugated cardboard production line, if one machine of the production line can not work well, it will be a problem for producing 4 layer corrugated cardboard.

The corrugated cardboard production line is not a separate machine, it is combined by lots of machines, and have a control system, each machines works separately but also work with other machines, so each machine has to work well, and the complete production line control system also has to work well, then it can produce high quality corrugated paperboard.
