SF290 single facer is an update model based on the SF280s single facer, it runs higher speed in 120m/minute, normally we equip this single facer in the production line in speed 120m/minute, this corrugated cardboard production line design speed is 120m/minute, and its real running speed is also 120m/minute, it so suits for some new carton factories which does not have enough budget.
Design of SF290 Single facer
This single faceris also suction type, steam heating, it is difference to other single face corrugator, it carries a pre heater in diameter 400mm, so when we design an corrugated cardboard production line, if we adopt the SF290 single facer, we can save two sets of pre heater in the production line. If we design a 3 layer corrugated cardboard production line, we only equip 1 sets of 2 layer pre heater in the production line is OK, if we design a 5 layer corrugated cardboard production line, only need 2 sets pre heater and 1 sets of 3 layer pre heater is enough.
Stable performance
This model of single facer have a stable performance because it not new design of the single facer, it is based on old model single facer SF280S, the technical is mature, and it can run in its design speed stead. Economic price and stable performance gains lots of customers' favor.
It is only adopt steam heating, because running speed in 120m/minute, other heating method can not meet this speed. We also have two type of flute roller for this single facer.
Because it is not high speed design, so the 48Cr chrome plate flute roller is also an option, it also can work long term, sure if customer want high quality and longer working life, the tungsten carbide flute roller is also offered.
