Instruction of TQ-20 conveyor bridge
Its design speed is 200m/minute, the model TQ-20 means that TQ is conveyor bridge, 20 means the speed is 200m/minute. So this model of conveyor bridge is designed for the corrugated paperboard production line which in speed slower than 200m/minute, in my company, it is for the speed 120m/minute, 150m/minute, 180m/minute and 200m/minute corrugated cardboard production line.
This is an economic model conveyor bridge, though it is for middle speed running line, we also adopt strong profile steel to produce it to make sure its working stably.
Difference types of TQ-20 conveyor bridge
TQ20 conveyor bridge also have difference types.
firstly, it width is difference. The width is from 1400mm to 2200mm for difference working width of corrugated cardboard production line. The width of corrugated cardboard production line is decided by customer, some customer want width 1400mm production line, then we produce conveyor bridge in width 1400mm, and if customer want width 2200mm production line, then we produce width 2200mm conveyor bridge to match the production line. For this model conveyor bridge, the maximum width is 2200mm because for middle speed production line, the maximum width is 2200mm. Sure for higher speed production line we can offer bigger width, then the conveyor bridge width will be also bigger, and our maximum width of production line is 3300mm.
Secondly, the TQ-20 conveyor bridge has single layer, 2 layer and 3 layer types. Single layer conveyor bridge is for 3 ply corrugated paperboard production line, 2 layer conveyor bridge is for 5 ply corrugated cardboard production line and 3 layer conveyor bridge is for 7 ply corrugated paperboard production line. Sure if customer want to by 9 ply corrugated cardboard production line, we also can produce 4 layer conveyor bridge for the production line too. And difference TQ-20 conveyor bridge is in difference price, more layer will be higher price.
TQ-20 conveyor bridge is the lowest level which we can offer now
Years ago, we also can offer lower level conveyor bridge than TQ-20, we offered the conveyor bridge in speed 100m/minute, 150m/minute, 180m/minute, and now because of the update and development of the corrugated cardboard production line and more and more models coming out these years, we have to give up some old models of machines, then we can put our concern on the new model and higher intelligence production line design and research. So now, the TQ-20 conveyor bridge is the lowest level conveyor bridge in my company, but in the market and other factories, TQ-20 conveyor bridge is still a popular and high standard machine.
