XG-1428 carton printer and cutter adopted ceramic anilox roller

XG-1428 flexo printing slotting die-cutting machine can produce a little bigger size cartons, its speed is 220 pcs/minute, according to the customer request of the printing quality, we can combine the printing unit as below

1. Some customer want printing a logo on the carton, but other printing parts is not a HD effect, then only equip 1 printing unit with ceramic roller, it is only for printing logo, and other printing units are for the pattern on the carton.
2. Some customer want a HD printing, but have little budget, then we suggest customer can equip ceramic roller on 2 printing units, and other 2 printing unit with steel anilox roller, then it can make HD printing and economic for customers.
3. Some customer want a HD printing, and have a strict request on the printing quality, then we suggest customer choose ceramic anilox roller for all printing units, also equip with doctor blade, then its printing effect is perfect.
4. If customer want film on the carton after printing, we also can offer the method to be instead of film, we suggest customer choose 1 more printing unit, it is not with colors, it is with varnish printing, after vanish on the carton, it looks like a plastic film on the surface of carton, it looks shine very much.
5. When the customer has request for full version printing, then we can only adopt the ceramic anilox roller. But we have to tell customers before they buy our machine, if they want make full version printing, the machine running speed will be much lower than the machine design speed because of the ink can not be dry as fast as the machine running speed, so we have to lower the machine speed to wait for the ink dry.

Then, let me introduce the difference between the steel anilox roller and ceramic anilox roller

• Steel anilox roller
  This anilox roller used by most carton factories, they perfer steel anilox roller because its price is lower and for there is not a strict request on the outer packing printing quality. The steel anilox roller is normally has 180-280 mesh, and the pattern on the carton can reach to 60-70 mesh, we can see, it is not high definition.
  Normally, when we choose steel anilox roller, the first printing unit, we equip 200 mesh, the second and third printing unit, we equip 220 mesh, and the fourth unit, we equip 250 mesh, it can reach a better printing effect.
• Ceramic anilox roller
  This anilox roller has more mesh than steel anilox roller, so it can printing better effect than steel anilox roller. The ceramic roller can be 300-700 mesh, and after printing on the cartons, the patterns can be much clear. And when the anilox roller is 350 mesh or higher than 350 mesh, we have to equip the doctor blade to make sure the printing quality much better and it also can save ink. The doctor blade is a consumption material for the printing machine, it has steel doctor blade and rubber doctor blade, the steel doctor blade is cheaper, and the rubber blade is expensive but with a much better printing quality.
  By now, more and more customers choose HD printing because people has a recognize that, better quality product will be packed in a good quality carton, how to see the carton quality, the peoples will see the printing effect directly, then better printing quality stands for a better product quality. The packing cost is higher than before, but it is still welcome because people prefer high quality product.
