Hydraulic Mill Roll Stand V5B
Mill roll Stand V5B is a hydraulic type for high speed corrugated cardboard production line. It can hold much heavier paper rolls than the mechanical mill roll stand. For this model mill roll stand, we design its maximum working width is 2200mm, because is bigger width, it is also a little problem for this mill roll stand to hold the paper roll, the paper roll in width bigger than 2200mm, its weight is too big to this model of mill roll stand.
It adopt 4 point disk brake, then it can working in higher speed, we equipped this model of mill roll stand in the corrugated paperboard production line in speed 120-250m/minute, so it can suit to most difference model of corrugated paperboard production line.
Track and Trolly for Mill Roll Stand
One mill roll stand is with two sets of track and trolly on its both side. It is for carry the paper roll to the mill roll stand, then the mill roll stand can hold the paper roll easily.
We have three types of the track of trolly for the mill roll stand. The normal type is manual type. We put the paper roll on the trolly by the forklift. And then a worker push the paper roll on the trolly to the mill roll stand.
The higher technical track and trolly is electric control. After putting the paper roll on the trolly, it can controlled by electric buttons.
Then for high speed corrugated cardboard production line, for example, the speed is higher than 250m/minute, and with a big width, then we adopt the hydraulic track and trolly system. It can meet high speed and big weight working.
What actions is drove by hydraulic?
When we say hydraulic mill roll stand, then it means all actions of the mill roll stand is completed by hydraulic driving. Like the arms clamping the paper roll, the two arms on each side move to center, left and right. Also the arms lift up and go down, all of the actions the mill roll stand need to do, it is completed by hydraulic driven.
Hydraulic can fulfil heavier weight than the electric mill roll stand. For model of V5B, its design load is 3 tonnes. And its arms in each side can move separately. If one side of arms lift, the other side of arms also can lift, because it has two spindle for the arms moving.
